HR Business Partner - onboarding (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Kestrel Press Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer orders. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
