HR Business Partner - onboarding (Wichita, KS)

Cedar Mill Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Wichita, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 163 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on packing house output. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with packing house output. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
