HR Business Partner - onboarding (Wichita, KS)

Redstone Pine Auto Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier deliveries. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
