HR Business Partner - onboarding (Wichita, KS)

Foxglove Basin Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Wichita area, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field visits. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with field visits. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
