HR Business Partner - onboarding (Wichita, KS)

Clearpath Iron Early Learning Partners runs childcare centres in Wichita caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
