HR Business Partner - onboarding (Wichita, KS)

Highbridge Keystone Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Wichita presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on school partnerships. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with school partnerships. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
