HR Business Partner - onboarding (Virginia Beach, VA)

Redstone Bright Community Partners Group is a Virginia Beach charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on grant reporting. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with grant reporting. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
