HR Business Partner - onboarding (Virginia Beach, VA)

Harborlight Juniper Banking Services Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for fraud alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 72 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fraud alerts. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
