HR Business Partner - onboarding (Virginia Beach, VA)

Bright Cross Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Virginia Beach, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service complaints. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with service complaints. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
