HR Business Partner - onboarding (Tulsa, OK)

Bright Rowan Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Tulsa, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production batches. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
