HR Business Partner - onboarding (Tulsa, OK)

Foxglove Vale Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Tulsa producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 105 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on quality documentation. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
