HR Business Partner - onboarding (Tulsa, OK)

Summit Quarry Telecom Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for field visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field visits. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with field visits. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
