HR Business Partner - onboarding (Tulsa, OK)

Bluepeak Meridian Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Tulsa region. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 731 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cold storage. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
