HR Business Partner - onboarding (Tulsa, OK)

Foxglove Linden Legal Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for court deadlines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on court deadlines. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with court deadlines. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
