HR Business Partner - onboarding (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Clearpath River Housing and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 218 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on maintenance stores. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance stores. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
