HR Business Partner - onboarding (Tulsa, OK)

Cedar Clear Legal Group provides legal services in Tulsa across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on intake forms. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with intake forms. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
