HR Business Partner - onboarding (Tulsa, OK)

Highbridge Iron Property Management manages apartment communities around Tulsa. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on resident events. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with resident events. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
