HR Business Partner - onboarding (Tulsa, OK)

Rivermark Timber Early Learning Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
