HR Business Partner - onboarding (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Bright Wilder Property Management Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on unit turnovers. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with unit turnovers. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
