HR Business Partner - onboarding (Tulsa, OK)

Foxglove Keystone Environmental Services Associates is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for fleet maintenance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fleet maintenance. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with fleet maintenance. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
