HR Business Partner - onboarding (Tulsa, OK)

Stonegate Ridge Pharma Group supports drug development and manufacturing around Tulsa. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory filings. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
