HR Business Partner - onboarding (Tulsa, OK)

Rivermark Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Tulsa region. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on hardship programmes. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
