HR Business Partner - onboarding (Tulsa, OK)

Bluepeak Juniper Care Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for licensing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on licensing. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
