HR Business Partner - onboarding (Tulsa, OK)

Redstone Vale Property Management Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for resident events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 865 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on resident events. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with resident events. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
