HR Business Partner - onboarding (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Greenridge River Auto Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service appointments. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
