HR Business Partner - onboarding (Tucson, AZ)

Fernwood Pike Construction Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for safety records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 98 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on safety records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with safety records.
