HR Business Partner - onboarding (Tucson, AZ)

Ironwood Fern Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Tucson. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 80 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on outage reports. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with outage reports. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
