HR Business Partner - onboarding (Tucson, AZ)

Rivermark Amber Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Tucson producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory filings. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
