HR Business Partner - onboarding (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Sparrow Arts Center and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on event logistics. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with event logistics. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
