HR Business Partner - onboarding (Toledo, OH)

Bluepeak Property Management looks after rental homes across the Toledo area. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on unit turnovers. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with unit turnovers. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
