HR Business Partner - onboarding (Toledo, OH)

Amberfield Bridge Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Toledo, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing disputes. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
