HR Business Partner - onboarding (Toledo, OH)

Nova Wren Arts Center is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for ticketing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ticketing. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with ticketing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
