HR Business Partner - onboarding (Toledo, OH)

Highbridge Umber Health is a healthcare provider in Toledo with clinics and support teams. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on electronic records. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with electronic records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
