HR Business Partner - onboarding (Toledo, OH)

Nova Ivory Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Toledo serving households and small businesses. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fraud alerts. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
