HR Business Partner - onboarding (Toledo, OH)

Rivermark Haven Learning Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for attendance records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 142 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on attendance records. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
