HR Business Partner - onboarding (Toledo, OH)

Redstone Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Toledo region, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on permits. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
