HR Business Partner - onboarding (Toledo, OH)

Rivermark Rowan Farms Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for grower contracts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on grower contracts. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with grower contracts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
