HR Business Partner - onboarding (Toledo, OH)

Silverline Meridian Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Toledo, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on test reports. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
