HR Business Partner - onboarding (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Drift Legal Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with billing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
