HR Business Partner - onboarding (Toledo, OH)

Greenridge Stone Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Toledo, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. We reward reliability. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on carrier rates. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with carrier rates. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
