HR Business Partner - onboarding (Toledo, OH)

Ironwood Bright Staffing Group is a Toledo staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on onboarding. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with onboarding. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
