HR Business Partner - onboarding (Tampa, FL)

Clearpath Pine Markets serves neighbourhoods around Tampa with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on pricing. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with pricing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
