HR Business Partner - onboarding (Tampa, FL)

Harborlight Bright Water Authority Group operates treatment plants and pipelines around Tampa. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on capital projects. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with capital projects. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
