HR Business Partner - onboarding (Tampa, FL)

Highbridge Hollow Facilities is a facilities company in Tampa with crews on day and night shifts, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer sites. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer sites. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
