HR Business Partner - onboarding (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Ironwood North Learning Group Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on learning materials. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with learning materials. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
