HR Business Partner - onboarding (Tampa, FL)

Stonegate Union Facilities Group looks after properties across the Tampa region. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supply orders. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with supply orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
