HR Business Partner - onboarding (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Quarry Freight and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on claims. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
