HR Business Partner - onboarding (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Keystone Arts Center and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ticketing. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with ticketing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
