HR Business Partner - onboarding (Tampa, FL)

Silverline Pine Auto Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier deliveries. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
