HR Business Partner - onboarding (Tampa, FL)

Clearpath Loom Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Tampa. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cleanroom operations. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
